Our proprietary regeneration process of measuring probes has been awarded by Management of Polish Chamber of Liquid Fuels! In the meantime our new business activity called 2AK Sp. z o.o. got two main prizes: Product of The Year and GrandPrix of Inernational Petrol Station Award.

Can you imagine a better debut?

We have already written about the fact that measuring probes can be repaired, but the question is: is it worth it? The answer is YES! It's worth it!

First, we save, because repair is cheaper than buying a new probe (no matter what manufacturer). Of course, the cost of repair is lower than buying new probes.

Secondly, we disassemble the probe in the presence of the Office of Measures inspector, we repair, calibrate and put back into the tank the same probe, with the same parameters. This is done in the presence of the Office of Measures inspector and we perform a shortened form of checking the probe and installing the seal. What does it mean? No legalization of the whole tank. The job is done without downtime, without cleaning, without ordering (and of course buying) fuel to flood the entire tank.

We provide a 12-month warranty on the fixed probes. We issue calibration certificates.

- Probe diagnostics along with determining the extent of damage
- Repair process, replacement of damaged components
- Adjustment and input of probe data
- Re-diagnostics of all parameters including intrinsic safety
- Calibrating the probe with the participation of the Office of Measures inspector, issuing the certificate.

Here you can see fresh new dispensers’ sumps waiting for their new owner.
It also means that in a few days we will instal brand new multi product dispensers together with new VRS pipeline. Thanks to us another petrol station will meet PN-EN 16321-2:2014-02 standard and also will refresh its forecourt.

And we like brand new forecourts!

Finally spiring is coming so in Poland it is time for VRS Stage II efficiency tests.
Starting from January 2018 all dispensers in Poland must meet PN-EN 16321-2:2014-02 norm. It means that VRSII efficiency must be have 0,95-1,05 ratio and also all tests must be done using PN-EN 16321-2:2014-02 compatible equipment.

This week post will be our „as a warning” post.
Working in EX areas is dangerous and has to be properly secured. Linked film shows extremely dangerous situation where static electricity causes fireballs. Electrostatic is known from spontaneous explosions when electric charges exert on each other. Such situation in EX zone is unacceptable that is why we invest in safety.

Each part of our repairman’s clothes is antielectrostatic, chemical resistant and not flammable. Safe Thursday everybody!

In the newest edition of „Paliwa Płynne” (“Liquid Fuels”) magazine, which was issued in February, you will find the article called “Ecology on gas station”. In the article you can also find our statement:

Later we can read that Zdzisław Pisiński, editor-in-chief says: “Let’s remind that Tank Ranger systems were awarded on several occasions with many awards, diplomas and statuettes, including “Product of the Year” Award by Polish Chamber of Liquid Fuels”

The following publication gives an overview of the achievements of Polish companies and research institutes in the area of green technologies and environmental protection.

The idea of complex petrol station maintenance is to provide also off-site services. In Petroster-Serwis company’s HQ we regenerate ON/PB/LPG pumps and flowmeters. Right after we perform legalization with local Office of Measures.
We also revive old VRS pumps using original spare parts so we can offer reliable warranty. Nowadays we have plenty of work as testing VRS pumps’ efficiency is hot topic in Poland!

Last week we got phone call from our Customer who is using one of first models of TankRanger console.
It works perfectly, but times have changed and new models of communication are required. Customer is switching to TankRobot - our new console with built-in printer, 10-inches touchscreen and remote control via any web browser.
Old model is coming back to Cholerzyn HQ as the exhibit presenting our product development path.

And here we got another honorable mention for our R&D project! Together with our Spanish partner we got SEAL OF EXCELLENCE for project called "Early alarm system for hydrocarbon contamination monitoring". It was scored as "high-quality project proposal". Isn't it great? Now keep the fingers crossed!
